Closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c)(e) for the purpose of discussing an employee’s health insurance issue, personnel issues in regard to new hires and issues relevant to transportation negotiations.
The Board may meet in open session following the closed session for the purpose of possible action on issues discussed during closed session.
